Schedules and browser storage

The editor stores your schedules, events, tasks, notes, and selected settings in your browser using IndexedDB and local storage. Schedule data stays in that browser profile. The editor creates no account and sends no schedule data to a cloud service.

Use the schedule controls to delete individual schedules or clear this site’s data in your browser settings to remove all local copies. Clearing site data can also remove preferences.

Files and sharing

PNG, PDF, and JSON files are generated on your device. Files you download remain under your control. A JSON backup can contain private tasks and notes, so review it before sending it to anyone.

Website requests and external links

Opening a page sends a web request to the host. Hosting infrastructure may record standard request details, such as the requested page and IP address. Links in the planning guides may open other websites, which handle information under their own policies.

Website analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics and understand which pages people visit. Google Analytics may use cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, browser type, and device type. The editor does not send your schedule entries to Analytics. Messages you send us

If you email us, we receive the address and information you include. We use it to respond to your message. For questions about privacy or information you have shared with us, use the contact page.
